- Melissa Warren is a writing instructor at University of Phoenix, she has worked for the University since 2008. She has seventeen years of classroom experience and started her career in 2002 as a high school English teacher. She served as the 2013 North Carolina Southeast Regional Teacher of the Year and holds a M.Ed. In Secondary Education/English and a National Board Certification in Adolescence and Young Adult English Education. Along with her position at UOPX, she has worked as part-time English instructor for The North Carolina Career and College Ready program. She most recently presented at the Read. Write.
